Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every piece from RW3ATLING. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy before you buy, because a few items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

At a Glance

• Order not received? Full refund or free reshipment.
• Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing item? Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a full refund or free replacement. No return shipping cost to you.
• Changed your mind? Handbags, shoulder bags, clutches, purses and wallets can be returned within 10 days of delivery in brand-new condition: unused, tags attached and in original packaging.
• Hygiene rule: bras, panties, lingerie sets, lingerie and nightwear cannot be returned for a change of mind or wrong size.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Order Not Received

Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days of dispatch (see our Shipping Policy). If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as lost or returned to sender, email us. We will check with the carrier and offer a free reshipment or a full refund.

This does not apply if the parcel could not be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused or customs charges were not paid.

Damaged, Faulty, Wrong or Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, is different from the photos or description, or something is missing, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos (or a short video) of the item, the issue, the label and the packaging
• A short description of the problem

Once approved, you can choose a full refund (including any shipping you paid) or a free replacement, subject to availability. In most cases you will not need to send the item back. If we do ask for it back, we will cover the return cost. This applies to every product, including intimate apparel.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Handbags, Shoulder Bags, Clutches, Purses & Wallets

Change-of-mind returns are available only for items from our Handbags, Shoulder Bags, Clutches and Purses & Wallets collections, in brand-new condition. To be eligible:

• Request the return within 10 days of delivery
• Items must be brand new and unused, with all tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging, with any accessories (straps, chains, dust bags)

Bras, Panties, Lingerie Sets, Lingerie and Nightwear (Hygiene Rule)

For hygiene reasons, items from our Bras, Panties, Lingerie Sets, Lingerie and Nightwear collections (including pajama sets, robes and nightgowns) cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. These items are still fully covered if they arrive damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described.

How to Start a Return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, before sending anything.
• We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Our products are fulfilled by partner warehouses abroad, so the return address may be outside your country.
• Ship the item within 7 days of receiving our instructions, using a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.

Items sent back without contacting us first, or that are not in the condition described above, may not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described: no cost to you.
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.

Refund Timeline

For change-of-mind returns, the refund is approved once the item reaches the warehouse and passes inspection. For damaged or incorrect items, it is approved once we review your photos. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can then take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Prices are charged in our base currency (USD) and may be displayed in local currencies, so the amount shown in your currency may vary slightly because of your bank’s exchange rate.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us with your order number. After an order ships it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
