Products

We make every effort to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in fabric or finish can occur. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Our products are supplied and shipped by trusted partner suppliers abroad. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Prices and Currencies

Our base currency is US Dollars (USD). Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, using current exchange rates. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees, so the final amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price.

Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees that may be charged by your country. Where these apply, they are your responsibility. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been processed or shipped.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment processors. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times given on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during holidays, peak periods or customs checks. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and nightwear cannot be returned for a change of mind or wrong size; change-of-mind returns apply only to handbags, shoulder bags, clutches, purses and wallets. All items remain covered if they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to RW3ATLING or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Use of the Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where our business is registered. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the Saudi E-Commerce Law for customers in Saudi Arabia.
